Closed door romantic suspense books sit on the shelf where the label matters most and is stated least. A book can carry a body count, a stalker and a kidnapping and still keep every intimate scene off the page, and the cover will tell you none of that.
This list is not for you if you want explicit scenes alongside the danger. Each book here keeps the door shut or is marked unlabelled.
Every book below was checked against a live page, and that page's wording is quoted under it with a link. Where nothing states a heat level, the book is marked heat not stated and sits in its own section at the end.
Several ratings come from a publisher line that covers a whole imprint, or an author statement about all of her books, rather than one title. The Where the rating comes from line states this plainly, so you can weigh it yourself.

Where the rating comes from: stated on the author's own FAQ page, where she says her Christian novels contain no explicit sex. Editions and series names have changed over time. Amazon lists Treehaven Press with a December 2019 Kindle publication date, while earlier editions date from 2016, so treat the year as approximate.

Final Curtain by Alison Stone
2021, Treehaven Press. A new private investigator digs into a fatal fall during a holiday production of The Nutcracker.
Where the rating comes from: stated as a closed door romance in the book description on the retailer listing. Goodreads records a first publication date of 27 June 2021 and retailer listings give Treehaven Press as publisher, so both are well supported but not publisher confirmed.
