Digital Products

SPACEMANCE sells digital products (ebooks) delivered electronically after purchase.

All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as our merchant of record.

Upon payment, you receive a non exclusive, personal license to read the purchased content on your own devices.

You may not redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit any purchased content.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD).

Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees depending on your location.

Applicable taxes (including GST, VAT, or sales tax) may be added at checkout based on your location, as determined by Lemon Squeezy.

Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with a digital purchase, contact us within 14 days at hello@spacemance.com and we will assess your request.

Refunds for digital products are provided at our discretion, except where your local consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to limit or exclude any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country or region.

If you are an Australian consumer, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.

If you are in the European Union, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Directive including a 14 day withdrawal period for digital content not yet downloaded.

All other jurisdictions: your local consumer protection laws apply to the extent they cannot be excluded by agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content, artwork, text, and branding on this site is owned by SPACEMANCE or its licensors.

Purchase of a product grants you a personal reading license only.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPACEMANCE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or its products.

This clause does not apply where prohibited by your local consumer protection laws.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, contact hello@spacemance.com first.

We aim to resolve disputes informally within 14 days.

If we cannot resolve the matter, you may pursue remedies available under your local consumer protection framework.
